KONNICHIWA! I am Nagisa.
I’ve been working in the Beauty and Relaxation industry
for over 5 years in Japan. After moving to Belgium in 2020,
I started to question the hospitality as “Okyakusama (Client)”
in every Beauty and Esthetic salons I went.
I realized that the “Omothenashi (Hospitality)” concept that I had taken for granted as a Japanese person was not the case overseas. There is also the technical aspect, as Japanese,
we value a lot “Kaizen (Improvement)” philosophy,
especially in our technics and customer service.
We don’t provide half-hearted service.
We have opened Komachi BEAUTY STUDIO with in mind to always give the best Omotenashi experience.
